> Hillcroft Farms is Australia's leading producer of high performance shedding sheep genetics. We breed UltraWhites with structural integrity, high fertility, and full data and genomic testing behind every ram — built and proven for modern prime lamb production. Hillcroft is a 5,000-hectare, three-generation family farming enterprise 160km south-east of Perth, in the 450mm rainfall belt near Popanyinning, Western Australia, spanning cropping, pigs and the UltraWhite stud program.

- Breed: UltraWhite (a stabilised composite of Poll Dorset and White Dorper), developed from 2005, breed name registered 2014.
- Performance: ~130% lambs weaned per 100 ewes joined, ~150% scanning percentage, 20 years of recorded genetic progress.
- HFplus: an Australian-first, stabilised variant of the GDF9 gene, developed over 10 years and 7 generations of backcrossing, lifting scanning percentages predictably.
- 2026 Annual Production Sale: Tuesday 6 October 2026, on farm. Inspection from 9.00am AWST, sale from 11.30am AWST, live online. ~500 rams on offer (250 at the sale, the rest available privately).
