The Australian-record Poll Dorset ram.
In 2014, Hillcroft Farms set an Australian record by selling a Poll Dorset ram for $31,000, capping 44 years of selective breeding. The same year, the UltraWhite was officially named: the closing chapter of one breed and the opening chapter of another.
